Pam Owen
Director of Operations
Pam has been in the trenches with Impact Staffing since the very beginning, as Impact’s first employee!
With over 25 years of staffing under her belt, Pam has expertise in many staffing specialties including, IT, administrative, and skilled industrial. She began her career in staffing as a selling branch manager from 1990-1995. After leaving that post, she joined an administrative only staffing company as Customer Service Manager from 1996-2001. Pam has done it all from working with small start-up companies to being an on-site rep at large corporations.
Pam is originally from Lilburn, GA. When she is not working, she loves Hallmark movies, Kenny Chesney concerts, and spending time with her family.
