As president and founder of Impact Staffing, Kimberly strives to maintain a customer-service driven approach to staffing and a supportive work environment for all employees. She works to keep Impact competitive through strategic planning, training, and management of daily operations.
Prior to founding Impact, Kimberly has held positions in customer service, account management, and team development. She has over 20 years of experience in staffing. She loves working in an industry that allows her to connect people with new opportunities.
Kimberly is originally from north Florida, but currently lives in Loganville with her husband, Donovan, their two children, two dogs, and three cats. When not at work, Kim is usually at a cheer competition or basketball game.
