Meet Our Team

Carol started her staffing career after moving with her family to Atlanta in 1996. She left behind a 20-year career as an X-ray tech in Florida and has never looked back. She quickly found that matching employees to job opportunities was the perfect outlet for her endless energy and uncanny ability to remember a million different facts about a million different people.

In 2001, Carol joined the Impact Staffing team as a recruiter, specializing in skilled industrial staffing. She works tirelessly to recruit the very best employees and help them obtain and hold onto life-changing career opportunities.

Carol also enjoys dancing, watching Ohio State Football, and spending time with her dachshunds. However, nothing makes her smile brighter than the love of her two children and her three perfect grandchildren.
