Meet Our Team

Colby has plenty of experience helping people start something new- she worked as a corporate trainer for Chili’s Restaurants and Pike Family Nurseries for over twenty years before joining Impact Staffing as a recruiter. Now she uses her skills as a coach (and sometimes a cheerleader!) to help candidates find jobs where they can be successful and make an impact.

Colby traveled extensively when she worked as a trainer, so even though she doesn’t travel for work anymore, you won’t catch her sitting on the couch on the weekend! She loves to explore and try new experiences with her family from hiking to fine dining to riding roller coasters at the state fair.
