Meet Our Team

As the Director of Marketing, Caley works to get the word out about our services to clients and candidates. She manages our website, social media pages, events, and other marketing and communications projects.

Prior to joining Impact Staffing, Caley worked in marketing for the Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership (GaMEP) at Georgia Tech for over five years, helping manufacturing companies achieve their goals by connecting them with the right resources and expertise. She also has experience in a variety of other industries including real estate, arts management, and even catering. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Mass Communications from the University of Florida and a graduate certificate in Historic Preservation from Georgia State University.

Caley lives in Candler Park with her husband and two crazy golden retrievers. She enjoys cooking, writing, and traveling in her spare time.
