At Impact Staffing, we take safety seriously. We require that all of our employees pass a drug test and background screening before being sent on assignment. We also take preventative action to reduce work related injuries and illness by providing each of our employees with access to proper safety training and equipment.

We understand that each worksite is different and therefore requires different safety procedures. Because of this, we tailor our training to meet the specific needs of each facility.

Impact Staffing employees are required to agree to follow any safety guidelines given to them at their worksite as part of their work agreement with Impact Staffing.

To ensure that each employee is properly outfitted for his/her assignment, we partner with several Personal Protection Equipment companies and offer payroll deductions for safety equipment.
