Impact Staffing has been my exclusive staffing service since 2004. As a manufacturing shop manager, it is critical that I get highly skilled labor in quickly when I need them. I don’t have time to deal with candidates who don’t meet my hiring criteria or have the wrong experience. Impact Staffing has had the same recruiting team in place for all 9 years and while every person they send me may not work out, they will never waste my time. They have a complete understanding of my shop including safety, skills needed, and our work environment. Over 80% of my “permanent” staff (65 employees) originated with Impact Staffing.

1. How soon can I start working?

Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once the application process is complete, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences and your skills.

2. What is involved in the application process?

Simply send your resume to jobs@impactstaffing.com. We will then contact you to set up an interview when we have a career opportunity that matches your skills and interests. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your background, skills, concerns, and needs.

3. How often should I contact your office after an interview?

As positions you are well suited for become available, Impact Staffing will contact you. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call us anytime at 678.937.9240.

4. What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered; is it all right to turn it down?

Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. Rest assured, we will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences as they become available.

5. What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?

We realize that not every position is a good fit for you; sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on a job and find it is not going to work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You will be asked to work out an appropriate notice, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from you and you can expect the same from the Impact Staffing team.

6. What do I pay for your services?

Our services are provided at no fee to candidates.
