Employee Safety
At Impact Staffing, your safety is of utmost importance. We strive to maintain safe and healthy working conditions at all times. Impact Staffing carefully screens each client to ensure they have adequate safety procedures in place and then follows up with them on an ongoing basis.
We will not knowingly allow any employee to work in an unsafe environment at any time for any reason. We not only encourage, but require all employees to inform us of any hazardous working condition or practices at an assignment.
To help ensure a safe working environment, please adhere to the following:
- Notify Impact Staffing immediately if the job you are performing is largely different than the description that was
originally given to you.
- Notify Impact Staffing immediately if you are asked to operate equipment or perform a task for which you have not
been adequately trained.
- Understand and adhere to safe work practices for your work area and related job duties.
- Wear required personal protective safety equipment at all times without exception.
- Notify Impact Staffing immediately to report any and all unsafe working conditions or practices.
- Notify Impact Staffing immediately if you are injured on the job.
