Benefits
Holiday Pay
Six paid holidays are awarded to Impact Staffing employees who have accumulated 1,000 hours prior to the holiday. To qualify, an employee must work the day before and the day after the holiday.

- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Vacation Bonus
Impact Staffing employees are eligible for a 40-hour vacation bonus upon completion of 1,500 hours of work through Impact Staffing.
Referral Bonus
Impact Staffing firmly believes that current dedicated employees are the best source for new candidates. To show our appreciation, Impact Staffing will pay $50 to any current employee that sends us an applicant that we are able to place in one of our current opportunities. The referral bonus is paid upon completion of 120 hours of service from the referred employee. To be eligible, please make sure the person lets us know in their interview that you referred them.

Training Opportunities
Impact Staffing believes in equipping its employees with the skills they need to exceed client expectations and further their careers. We offer free software training to employees that want to strengthen current skills or gain new ones.
