"I have worked with Impact Staffing for over seven years and they are one of the most professional and understanding
staffing services that I deal with on a daily basis. They are prompt and up front with everyday challenges that are
presented to them and only present qualified applicants for my open positions. I have and will continue to recommend them
to other HR Managers and all people that I deal with when it comes to staffing needs."

What I do
My business cards don't have a title printed on them, yet my husband (the bean counter) and I started the company back in 2000. So I guess that means some days I'm the fly and some times I'm the fly swatter.
What I love about what I do
Working with a great team of talented and dedicated employees, all of whom deserve huge raises, an all expense paid vacation to an exotic location of their choice and a 2008 Mercedes S class fully loaded...wait a minute...who is writing this??? (swat)
The road to Impact Staffing
Take Jimmy Carter south towards Stone Mountain. Turn right on North Royal Atlanta Drive. We will be down on the right in Bldg #4744.
If I could be any animal, I would be
Anything other than a fly.
What I do when I'm not at work
I love to spend all day at the spa, have leisurely gourmet lunches with my friends, shop til I drop ...obviously, I spend my time fantasizing.
Favorite book - food - or movie
1001 ways to reward your employees and help build their wealth (swat)
What profession or career would I have most likely chosen if not staffing:

Most people describe me as
Fair, honest, compassionate, brilliant and extremely generous...hold on again...time to grab the swatter...
Donovan
What I do
I'm the bean counter. Enough said?
What I love about what I do
I have always enjoyed working with numbers. I religiously kept notebook after notebook of Atlanta Braves statistics as a child. I love numbers, their predictability...and goodness knows there's not much of THAT going on around this place.
The road to Impact Staffing
I was in the copier business for 15 years before starting Impact Staffing with my wife in early 2000. Even copiers were more predictable...than staffing that is...not my wife...really...she isn't reading this is she?
If I could be any animal, I would be
A beaver, no rest for the weary.
What I do when I'm not at work

What I do
I match people to jobs and jobs to people. I'm very intuitive and thrive on helping good people find great jobs. Or is it great people find good jobs -- oh, well -- both are true.
What I love about what I do
The people. It's all about helping people.
The road to Impact Staffing
I have 15 years experience prior to joining Impact Staffing in all levels of staffing. From IT and industrial clients to administrative and clerical and professional level placements. I worked with small start up companies as well as on site at large corporations. You name it, I've probably done it in staffing at some point and I have loved it all.

What I do
I convince companies that we can save them a lot of time and money by utilizing our services for all their staffing needs. I also spend a lot of time convincing companies who had a bad experience with a staffing company that we are truly different and actually do what we say we will do!
What I love about what I do
Every day and every situation is different and unique. I love getting to help a lot of people from both sides of the desk.
The road to Impact Staffing
Can you say Hollywood? Of course you can, but it doesn't have a lot to do with my career path. I did however spend 13 years in the cable TV industry as a sales and marketing rep for the Disney Channel and American Movie Classics before venturing into the staffing world. I'm entering my 11th year in staffing and my 4th year with Impact and I am still thrilled to be here.

What I do

I get to meet all types of people every day!
